We process the data the customer provides to us (name, company name, tax ID, address, email address) and the data needed to issue fiscal receipts that the customer sends through the API (line items, amounts, payment method). We do not collect data we do not need in order to provide the service.
We process data in order to provide the fiscalization service (performance of the agreement), to meet statutory obligations under the Law on Fiscalization and tax legislation, and to communicate with the customer. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia.
Data on issued receipts is submitted to the Tax Administration of the Republic of Serbia, as the law requires. We do not sell or transfer data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Fiscal receipt data is kept for the periods prescribed by law (receipts remain verifiable for 10 years). Communication with the API is encrypted (TLS) and access to data is limited to authorised personnel.
The site uses strictly necessary cookies — they remember your cookie choice and make the contact form work, and are set without consent because the site does not function without them. With your consent we also use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager for anonymous visit statistics (which pages are read and where visitors come from). Until you give consent, no Google script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. You can change or withdraw consent at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Google LLC processes data outside Serbia as well, under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
You have the right to access, rectify, complete and erase your data (within the limits of statutory retention obligations), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
