1. The service and the agreement

FiskalAPI is a software service (an ESIR — electronic fiscal device) that lets customers issue fiscal receipts over a REST API, under the e-fiscalization model of the Tax Administration of the Republic of Serbia. The service is provided by Veselin Petković PR savetodavne aktivnosti u vezi sa poslovanjem i ostalim upravljanjem Trstenik, Radoja Krstića 38, 37240 Trstenik, Republika Srbija, Tax ID (PIB): 115672200, company registration number: 68544254 ("we"). These Terms constitute an open-ended agreement of adhesion between us and the customer. The customer accepts this agreement in full by submitting a request for access (leaving their details on the site) and/or by using the service; the moment and version of acceptance are recorded. The agreement is concluded for an indefinite term, with no minimum duration and no notice period.

2. Prices and payment

API access, integration and the sandbox environment are free of charge. Only successfully issued fiscal receipts are billed, in tiers according to the rate published on the site (the first 100 receipts per month at 9 RSD, receipts 101–500 at 4 RSD, 501–1,000 at 3 RSD, and above that at 1.5 RSD), settled at the end of the month. All prices are final. We issue a fiscal receipt for every purchase, through our own system.

3. Customer obligations

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data sent through the API (line items, prices, tax categories), for safeguarding their API key, and for holding a valid security element issued by the Tax Administration. The customer remains the taxpayer for their own turnover.

4. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service continuously available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation (for example, during an outage at the Tax Administration or an event of force majeure). In the event of unavailability, receipts are delivered to the Tax Administration within the statutory deadline. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

5. Complaints and termination

Complaints are accepted at [email protected] and answered within 8 days. The customer may stop using the service at any time — there is no contractual commitment and no notice period. We reserve the right to amend these terms by publishing the amendments on the site.
